Completed
at the end of 2013, this large house on the River Dart underwent
a complete re-build including major civil engineering works to
support the structure whilst maintaing a bat roost in the roof.
A basement was constructed to provide additional accommodation
and a swimming pool. Our work included all external works, gardens
and installation of services. The finished house was featured in
Devon Life Magazine in February 2015.
