Simon acted as site manager for the refurbishment and restoration of this John Nash Grade II* listed building. Works included complete restoration of the house - inside and out. Complete re-landscaping and restoration of the gardens. Construction of swimming pool, walled garden and ancillary buildings.

The work won a commendation from the Georgian Society.
